Ven offers a wide variety of activites for both young and old, everything from bathing to golf and locally distilled whisky. A strong recommendation is to make sure you visit the Tycho Brahe museum located in the centre of the island.
Our 9 hole golf court offers golfing in a wonderful environment and why not finish the round with a meal in their lovely restaurant? For those not very interested in regular golf there's also the minigolf court over at the camping or the football golf court at Gamlegård to try out.
If you'd rather take it easy you can always set up camp on the beach or maybe try the whisky at Backafallsbyn.
More information about activities and the sort can be found over at Landskrona turistbyrå.
The most common way to get to Ven is with Ventrafiken. Their ferries depart from Skeppsbron in Landskrona and arrive at Bäckviken, Ven.
Ventrafiken can be contacted on (+46)418-473 473 or via their website.
If you're travelling from Denmark there's a ferry between Ven and Copenhagen during the summer, organised by sparshipping.
During the summer, rååbåtarna usually also makes some tours to Ven.
Either of these options will take you to Bäckviken harbor on Ven, just a short walk from the bike rental.
If you're thinking about staying on Ven for a longer period, here's a list of places to stay the night.
